Complaints Officer

To strengthen our Customer Service team in Olching near Munich, we are looking for a committed and motivated full-time employee to start as soon as possible.

Complaints Officer (m/f/d)

• Order processing for returns and complaints management on the customer and manufacturer side 
• Coordination and monitoring of complaints management
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners at home and abroad 
• Use of the ERP and QM IT system to handle logistics and quality documentation 
• Continuous improvement of the complaints management process

• Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification 
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in complaints management and 8D reporting
• A high degree of independence and reliability
• Excellent communication skills and a feel for the needs of customers
• Outgoing personality with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
